For there to be a comprehensive, successful program integrating the needs of the developer, the contractors, and the community, all stakeholders need to understand the objectives and be committed to meeting them. This requires an all hands on deck approach for transparency, collaboration, and rowing in the same direction.

To this end CSG takes the time to listen to the developer, listen to the contractors, listen to the community and find where their collective needs and objectives intersect. Only by understanding these varied agendas is it possible to develop a plan of action that will address the priorities of each stakeholder. Creating partnerships that work is a priority for CSG, and one that will allow the highest and best program implementation.
