The Fontana Courtplace project is a $37.5 million, 50-unit affordable family apartment community being developed through a partnership between the City of Fontana and the Fontana Housing Authority. RD Olson is serving as the General Contractor.
The project is committed to creating opportunities for Section 3 and Targeted Workers, as well as supporting participation by MBE/WBE firms and Section 3 Business Concerns.
