
Located at 235 E. Holly Street, Centennial Place is a 144-unit single-room occupancy building originally developed to serve individuals experiencing homelessness. It is currently undergoing a $26.2 million renovation to convert the property into affordable senior housing for adults aged 55 and older with very low incomes.
The City of Pasadena is supporting this effort with a $3.2 million loan and, as a condition of the funding, is requiring participation in its First Source Hiring Program.
