Located near public transit, it offers convenient transportation and onsite supportive programs that promote long-term stability.
Spanning three parcels across two sites, the project also pioneers a rent-to-ownership pathway through a partnership with the Community Land Trust (CLT). By holding land in trust and separating it from the homes built on it, the CLT model prevents displacement and ensures permanent affordability through resident governance and long-term ground leases.
